How To Write Congratulations To Hen

To go to Innsbruck went on the motorway, a road that crosses Germany for 100 km before returning to cross the border with Austria. The capital of Tirol , located at the foot of the Alps , is a beautiful city that perfectly combines present and future. The medieval streets of the historic center with modern living facilities for winter sports. Not surprisingly, Innsbruck was twice host the Winter Olympics .

The winding streets of the picturesque old town, beside the waters of the River Inn are comfortable and easy to navigate on foot. Street Herzog-Friedrich Strasse , flanked by graceful stone arches, is the main trade route and gateway to the tower Stadtturm , offering splendid views from its 51 meters high. Other highlights are the Hofburg Palace and the Cathedral of St. Jakob , overly decorated inside. Almost all streets in the center become a Christmas market at this time of year.

The banks of Inn is another good place to stroll watching the colorful facades, which are stacked across the river under the watchful eye of snowy Alps. Leaving the old town worth visiting the Paseo de Maria Teresa , another traditional Christmas market and the nerve center of the city. In the center of the avenue stands the Santa Ana column, the eighteenth century.

Further from the center is the Ambras Palace, residence of emperors during their visits to the Austrian Tirol , with lush gardens to stroll where rampant beautiful peacocks.

For a change of scenery can turn to Bergisel , a ski jump ski designed by Iraqi architect Zaha Hadid , offering the best views of Innsbruck with the Alps in the background. Or take the futuristic funicular Hungerburgbahn , designed by the same architect, totaling over 2,000 meters in 20 minutes. Portfolio must be prepared to test these two attractions of Zaha Hadid .

From Innsbruck can also make a trip to the town of Hall in Tirol , just ten kilometers from the city. It is a beautiful medieval village with cobbled streets and stone houses. Very nice for a walk.

In Innsbruck we stayed at the Gasthof Innbrücke , ideally located along the river Inn . Double with shared bathroom breakfast and parking cost us 65 euros.
